Best apprendice of France chocolatier confiseur: the future French generation honored!
The final of the prestigious French Competition MAF (Best Apprentice of France Chocolatier Confiseur) took place on Friday, October 27, 2023, at the EPMT – École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, for a 7-hour challenge. A total of 10 candidates competed on the captivating theme of the “4 elements of the universe” to win the coveted title of Best Apprentice of France Chocolatier Confiseur.
10 candidates in the running, only one winner!
Before revealing the finalists, regional selections were organized in several French training centers under the supervision of the “Concours Un des Meilleurs Apprentis de France” commission of the Confederation of French Chocolatiers Confiseurs, led by its president Thierry LALET.
Following the regional selections, ten finalists were designated by the jury president: Noame Le Gall Buob, Émilie Lacoste, Mathilda Vernay, Enzo Lehec, Arnold Calero, Corentin Rube, Tatiana Perrot, Camille Reuillon, Maïlée François, and Justine Guerné.
Congratulations to all for their commitment, their magnificent work (including the artistic piece displayed at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris), and a huge thank you for this beautiful final.

“Fruits de Talent” Competition 2024
Furthermore, Andros Chef continues to support emerging talents in the pastry domain through the 4th edition of the Fruit of Talent competition, in which pastry students and apprentices can register until February 27, and the final will take place on May 2nd and 3rd, 2024.
