Fruit Talent’s competition: we have our finalists!

After a week of discussion, the results of the selections are revealed

Once again this year, the candidates who participated in the competition have shown their creativity and technical skills to be able to respond to the theme “Fresh from the garden! Fruits, flowers and aromatic plants: vegetal and fruit in association”. We are aware of the hard work that had to be done and we would like to thank all the students, teachers and schools for their investment.

A jury of 7 professional trainers, pastry chefs “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” and World Champion of “arts sucrés” have selected the lucky finalists among all these candidates.
